Despite having had a No.1 single and a No.1 album this year, Lily Allen reckons she’s so broke, she’s had to sell her car.

The 23-year-old singer blames the credit crunch for her ‘hard up’ status according to the Daily Record.

Lily told the paper, “I had to sell my car because I’m so broke.

“I bought it last year and that was probably my biggest extravagance. Clothes, too. I’m always buying clothes.”

The broke I’m a Celeb star and husband Mark Croft’s fleet of flash cars is now down to just two since her Porsche Cayenne GTS was repossessed, as were her Lamborghini, Aston Martin and mega Range Rover some weeks ago.

According to The Sun, the couple couldn’t make the repayments on the car so were forced to hand back the keys, just as they did with their Porsche Carrera in December.

Both cars are now being advertised by a company which deals in “cut-price supercars”.

Kerry, 28, is officially bankrupt and reportedly owes £82,000 in tax.

Michael Jackson fans may as we speak be wetting themselves with anticipation since the man himself has announced that more than 2,000 items from Jackson’s Neverland Ranch – from stage costumes, personal effects to his art collection – are going to be auctioned off.

Among the items up for sale are Jackson’s iconic white jewelled glove which he wore in the video for his hit song Billie Jean. Also on sale are the entrance gates to Neverland.

Hello magazine says that other lots up for auction include, “marble busts, a huge statue of Prometheus and portraits of the 50-year-old musician”.

There are apparently so many items up for sale – including a 1911 edition of Peter Pan – that the auction house has had to produce a six-volume catalogue of it all.

Davina McCall has recently purchased a mansion worth £3.2 million which she’s just moved into with her husband Matthew Robertson and their three children.

The enormous property has two swimming pools, a paddock and a tennis court as well as its own private path to the local railway station.

The eight-bedroom mansion is set back from the road and approached by a long driveway. It also has five bathrooms, five reception rooms and a huge conservatory.

Visitors to the mansion have to drive past a gatehouse to get to the “imposing” stone entrance, which is adorned by 15ft pillars.
