In Touch magazine reported today that “Katie Holmes was glowing as she had a late afternoon lunch with her daughter, Suri, at Cristoni Pizzeria in Beverly Hills”.

And apparently, while Suri ate her lunch of bolognese, Katie was overheard as she chatted on her mobile with a friend and reportedly said, “I’ll be pregnant this year for sure”

Sokol Aliaj, who was sitting next to Katie, told In Touch that Katie then said, “Tom can’t wait!”

Katie’s representative denies the story, but it’s apparently common knowledge in ‘the business’ that Katie’s been deliberating for months whether to add to her and Tom’s family or concentrate on her career and if this report is correct, then I guess she’s chosen family…

A further source told the magazine that making the decision was “like a huge weight has been lifted from Katie’s shoulders.

“She thought she would focus on acting for a few years, but she really loves being a mom.”

And it seems Tom is eager for Katie to have another child too. The source said, “He said acting will always be there for her some day, but she’d never get this time back.

“And how awful it would be if she spends all her time working now that Suri’s at such a magical age. Suddenly, they’re older and they don’t need you anymore.”

Try telling my grown-up kids that who seem to need me to do their washing, sort out their bills and generally do everything for them. Trust me Katie… there’s never a time they don’t need you anymore
