Simon Cowell has – finally – revealed that he is attracted to fellow X Factor judge Cheryl Cole and added that he’d love to kiss her.

He was asked who he would choose if he could kiss anyone in the world — and confessed: “I’m going to get into so much trouble after this.

I want a disclaimer first of all that I’m going to say this person as if they weren’t married… so I am going to say Cheryl Cole.”

In a magazine interview, Simon was asked if he would like to snog Cheryl, to which he replied, “Who wouldn’t?” before hastily adding, “This is just pretend, right?”

Simon has been single since splitting with his long-time girlfriend Terri Seymour last October.

His comments come a few weeks after Cheryl admitted: “Simon’s the most charismatic man I’ve ever met — it’s like he’s trancing you.”
