Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole was reportedly “left shaken after being bitten on the lip by a deranged girl fan” according to The Sun.

Cheryl was apparently posing for photographers outside her hotel when a teenaged ‘fan’ “lunged” at her.

Witnesses at the scene reported that Cheryl, 25, appeared to be “petrified” as a security guard dived in to get the girl away from Cheryl before rapidly rushing the singer into her hotel.

The hysterical fan – who was wearing a brace on her teeth – ran away from the scene shouting: “I kissed Cheryl, I kissed Cheryl” apparently not realising that she’d bitten her idol.

The paper also reports that just moments after the attack, fellow band member Nadine Coyle stepped off the tour bus to chat with fans but a security guard rapidly ushered her into the hotel as well… Read more & comment »

Cheryl Cole is flying home tomorrow after her successful climb up Kilimanjaro for “a crunch meeting” with her husband Ashley, according to the Daily Mail.

After climbing Mt Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief, Cheryl’s said to be readying herself for a “showdown” with husband Ashley who was arrested outside a nightclub for drunk and disorderly conduct on Thursday morning.

The Sun reported yesterday that Ashley Cole’s legal advisers had claimed that photographing the star footballer in a nightclub breached his privacy under the Human Rights Act.

The multi-millionaire Chelsea player — nicknamed Cashley and apparently earning £82,000 a week — threatened to sue The Sun for “aggravated damages” if they published pictures showing him with what the paper described as “a beautiful blonde”.

BANG International is reporting today that X Factor judge and Girl’s Aloud band member Cheryl Cole “broke down in tears” during the trek up Mount Kilimanjaro yesterday.

Cheryl – who’s taking part in the gruelling climb with eight other celebrities to raise money for Comic Relief – was reportedly “terrified” after seeing a fellow climber having to be stretchered off the mountain after suffering from potentially-fatal altitude sickness.

Cheryl’s quoted as saying, “He looked really scared. It shook us up.

“You feel strange at this altitude anyway. I started wondering if I was suffering too – but I’m alright and we’ve got each other to help us get through and hopefully get all the way to the top.”
