Lesbian chat show host Ellen DeGeneres dueted with Katy Perry as the pair sang Katy’s hit track ‘I Kissed A Girl’.
They joined forces for a humorous sketch in which they sang together in a toilet as part of Ellen’s popular Bathroom Concert Series, which sees her sing with the stars in a loo cubicle.
During filming, 24-year-old Katy “pulled a worried face” according to the Daily Mail while “DeGeneres nodded enthusiastically as they sang the lyrics: ‘I kissed a girl and I liked it.’”
Portia De Rossi has confirmed that she would be happy to give up her acting career and live on a farm with her wife, Ellen deGeneres.
Portia is best known for her role in Ally McBeal but has since appeared in Nip/Tuck and Better Off Ted.
Speaking in the latest issue of Ladies’ Home Journal, she said: “I don’t need to be on camera. I’m not a workaholic. I love to spend time with my wife, my family, my animals.
“We’re looking for the right place to have a farm. Someplace like Massachusetts or Nantucket, with seasons. We could get an 1800s farmhouse with land and rescue animals. Then I’m done.”
I’ve always liked Ellen DeGeneres and on reading about how she rescued a dog from a man who was abusing it – interview with People Magazine – I like her even more!
Ellen and her wife, Portia de Rossi, who have two dogs and three cats, talked about how she rescued her poodle-Maltese mix, Wolf, from a man who was mistreating the dog.
Ellen said, “Well, he was being mistreated. That’s how I knew. I wasn’t looking for a dog. I happened to spot a man that was not completely balanced.

Five months after her wedding to Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi says that marriage has “completely changed my life.”
Never mind Portia… it can get better, like any other illness. I jest; it seems Portia’s loving the old ball and chain routine.
